The Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium Lung Squamous Cell Carcinoma Collection (CPTAC-LSCC)

This collection contains subjects from the National Cancer Institute’s Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium (https://proteomics.cancer.gov/programs/cptac) Lung Squamous Cell Carcinoma (CPTAC-LSCC) cohort. CPTAC is a national effort to accelerate the understanding of the molecular basis of cancer through the application of large-scale proteome and genome analysis, or proteogenomics. Radiology and pathology images from CPTAC patients are being collected and made publicly available by The Cancer Imaging Archive to enable researchers to investigate cancer phenotypes which may correlate to corresponding proteomic, genomic and clinical data.

本数据集收录了来自美国国家癌症研究所（National Cancer Institute）临床蛋白质组肿瘤分析联盟（Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium，https://proteomics.cancer.gov/programs/cptac，简称CPTAC）肺鳞状细胞癌队列（CPTAC-LSCC）的研究对象。CPTAC是一项国家级项目，旨在通过大规模蛋白质组与基因组分析（又称蛋白质基因组学，proteogenomics）的应用，加深对癌症分子机制的认知。癌症影像档案库（The Cancer Imaging Archive）正收集并公开CPTAC患者的放射影像与病理图像，以供研究人员探究与对应蛋白质组、基因组及临床数据相关联的癌症表型。
