资源简介:

This dataset pertains to the paper titled “A Geospatially Encoded Dual-Channel Network with Attention and Physics Constraints for Accurate Seafloor Topography Reconstruction”. It consists of two main components: shipborne survey data and gravity data. Shipborne Survey Data The shipborne survey data are primarily multibeam data, sourced from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) via the National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI) Bathymetric Data Viewer platform. The platform can be accessed at the URL: https://www.ncei.noaa.gov/maps/bathymetry/. Gravity Data The gravity data are derived from the Scripps Institution of Oceanography (SIO). They correspond to data version 32.1, feature a grid resolution of 1’ × 1’, and were published in August 2022. The data can be accessed at the URL: https://topex.ucsd.edu/pub/global_grav_1min/. Research Regions and Data Identification In this experiment, four specific regions were investigated: 165°W–160°W, 30°N–35°N 83°E–92°E, 10°S–10°N 15°W–5°E, 4°S–4°N 169°E–175°E, 31°N–37°N Data files with the “Gravity” suffix denote gravity data, while those without this suffix represent shipborne survey data. For the gravity data: “faa” stands for Gravity anomaly “vgg” denotes Vertical gravity gradient “east” represents The east component of vertical deflection “north” signifies The north component of vertical deflection About code file The file named code.py contains the model implementation corresponding to the paper. Data files with "parke" at the end indicates processed data containing a column named "parkepredicted_bathymetry," which represents the bathymetry inverted using the Parker–Oldenburg method.
