In 2019 we inoculated an outdoor tubular photobioreactor (PBR) (1,150 L) in Calgary, Alberta with a microbial consortium dominated by a filamentous cyanobacterium of the Phormidium genus. In the excel file, biomass density data is used to calculate biomass growth and yield over the 140 day season. In the PDF file you will find four linear regression graphs, the equations of which were used to convert wet weight densities into ash-free dry weight densities.
