[archive] Patenters

This dataset comes from the PATSTAT database of the European Patent Office. It presents applicants of patent applications made since 2010 where at least one of the parties to the patent (applicant or inventor) is located in France. Depositors are persons who have been identified as legal persons; applicants identified as natural persons are not normally included in the dataset.This dataset does not cover patent applicants exhaustively. The dataset provides information on: * EPODOC and DOCDB family application numbers * The applicant’s name, SIREN and country code SIRENs are retrieved from the INPI patent database using publication numbers.
