资源简介:
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) has become the third leading cause of death worldwide, affecting approximately 10.1% of the global population. As a result, numerous clinical and basic studies have been dedicated to treating various clinical manifestations during the acute phase of COPD, yielding significant results. Despite some scholars strengthening their research in the area, airway management in COPD patients in remission has unfortunately not received sufficient attention. However, multiple studies have shown evidence that aerobic exercise effectively improves respiratory function, exercise ability, and quality of life in COPD patients in remission. Previous studies have piecemeal revealed potential pathways to lung rehabilitation through exercise. However, exercise intervention as a multi-target stimulation mode, this is clearly not enough. The application of transcriptomics in basic rehabilitation research provides a new methodological angle for the discussion of exercise-induced pulmonary rehabilitation. Therefore, in our study, transcriptomic detection was performed on the lung tissues of mice after aerobic exercise intervention to identify the specific relationship between the gene changes of lung tissue and the phenotype changes of lung function, so as to provide reference for revealing the mechanism of exercise lung rehabilitation.
