Areas with natural presence of asbestos — green stones (category 3 environmental d.m. No 101 of 18 March 2003)

Sources of environmental asbestos contamination include alluvial deposits related to riverbeds of outflow of liquid and solid flows from the areas of outcropping of asbestos-containing rocks. The dataset represents the delimitation of areas with asbestos-containing sediments, based on the current state of knowledge, which allows to confirm the presence of asbestos minerals in the basins of the rivers SINNI and MERCURE.
