KLF6 alleviates hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury by inhibiting autophagy

To find the genes with significant expression changes after liver ischemia-reperfusion injury,we established a hypoxia-reoxygenation model using AML12 cells. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq under normoxia and hypoxia-reoxygenation conditions. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data of AML12 cells under normoxia (Control) and hypoxia-reoxygenation conditions(H/R).
