<p>This dataset contains raw data in CSV format obtained during the measurement of AT4 respiratory activity of composts produced from food waste, determined using the OxiTop® Control system (Weilheim, Germany). The measurement data were extracted from the memory of the controller, which is part of the OxiTop® measurement system. The dataset includes data for compost samples after 7 days of composting conducted at the laboratory scale at temperatures of 45, 60, and 70°C. Within each temperature variant, aeration conditions were differentiated by supplying oxygen to the composting bioreactors at a flow rate of 10 dm³ O₂/min for 0, 0.5, 1, or 1.5 minutes. Additionally, within these temperature and aeration variants, different levels of organic matter content were considered, expressed as the volumetric ratio of food waste to mineral gravelite: 0:1, 1:0, 1:1, and 1:2, respectively. The dataset comprises raw data for 154 compost samples.</p>
