Expression data from rat urinary bladder and non-glandular stomach tissue samples

Seven novel and potent Raf small molecule kinase inhibitors were evaluated in 7-day oral repeat-dose rat toxicity studies. All compounds tested induced hyperplasia in multiple tissues. Microarrays were used to investigate transciptional changes associated by treatment with a single compound to gain insight into the cellular changes that may contribute to the tissue hyperplasia.本研究对7种新型强效Raf小分子激酶抑制剂开展了为期7天的口服重复给药大鼠毒性试验。所有受试化合物均可在多种组织中诱发增生。为深入解析可能促成组织增生的细胞层面改变，本研究采用微阵列技术，对单一化合物处理后引发的转录变化进行了探究。
