Characterisation of savoy cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. sabauda) landrace under organic management in Geneva, Switzerland (2024–2025)

This dataset contains field characterisation data for savoy cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. sabauda) landrace from Geneva, Switzerland, evaluated under organic management during the 2024–2025 growing season. The trial was led by ProSpecieRara as part of the Horizon Europe LiveSeeding project (T1.1 Dynamic Management of Plant Genetic Resources). The dataset includes agronomic, phenological, and morphological characterisation data, including germination, sowing and transplanting dates, head morphology (shape, size, density, cover and blistering), head weight, harvest period, and field observations on winter survival, sprouting, decay, and hybridisation.
