The data of the article "Spin-Orbit Torque in perpendicularly magnetized [Pt/Ni] multilayers"

This dataset contains complete scientific data for the work, in a common Excel spreadsheet format. The data collection is based on a comprehensive physical property measurement system (equipment English full name: Physical Property Measurement System, commonly referred to as PPMS internationally), with a model of PPMS-9T. PPMS is an international universal equipment for characterizing and testing the magnetic and electrical properties of materials. PPMS equipment with research level testing accuracy is manufactured by Quantum Design and provided to research and educational institutions worldwide. The data collection utilized external meters such as Keithley2182 6221 2450 2400, SRS SR830 phase-locked amplifier, and corresponding Labview testing programs. Data collection strictly follows the operating procedures of the equipment. The data collection is operated by researchers who have received equipment operation training to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data collection.
