资源简介:
Fracture healing complications increase with increasing age. Adequate regulation of the inflammatory response is required for proper healing outcomes, and inflammatory dysregulation is associated with increasing age. As the macrophage is an important regulator of inflammation and has been shown to be critically involved in fracture healing, we wanted to compare the fracture callus macrophage from old and young mice. The goal of the bulk RNAseq experiment is to examine the transcriptome of the macrophages within the fracture callus of old and young mice.
