TP53 deficiency within colon cancer cells can affect surrounding stromal cells by modifying of miRNAs expression profiling in the exosomes. In the study presented here, miRNA profiling in exosomes derived from TP53-wild colon cancer cells and TP53-deficiency colon cancer cells was compared. Exosomes were collected from culture supernatant using sequential ultracentrifugation method.
