Experimental and simulation data for the molecular mechanism of temperature-dependent phase separation of HSF1

1. NMR data The documents contain the backbone assignment data and intensity ratio data for wild-type HSF1 RD and two mutants M1 and M2. 2. Phase Separation The document containS the phase separation data for fig 1c and fig 6b 3. SAXS The documents contain the SAXS data for wild-type HSF1 RD and two mutants M1 and M2. 4. lmp_datatfile The documents contain the LAMMPS input datafiles of initial configuration used to run all simulations, including single chain, trimer(LZ1-3-RD), and RD systems. 5. lmp_trajectory The documents contain the LAMMPS output trajectory files of all simulations used to generate radius of gyration, dynamics and thermodynamics of LZ1-3-RD, simulated HSQC data, contact map etc.
