Data Package DescriptionThis dataset contains SNP genotypes and associated specimen metadata for Litoria littlejohni, an endangered Australian tree frog.SNP dataset: SNP markers with locus identifiers, flanking sequences, substitution type, and quality metrics (call rate, genotype frequencies, polymorphism information content, read counts). Per-sample genotypes are provided as 0 (homozygous reference), 1 (heterozygous), 2 (homozygous alternate), or “–” (missing).Sample metadata: Descriptive information for each genotyped specimen, including sample ID, population, pond, location, age class, habitat type, year of collection, geographic coordinates, plate position, species name, and tissue type.Together, these files enable replication of analyses of genetic diversity, inbreeding, and population structure in Litoria littlejohni.Extent or QuantityThe dataset comprises of two CSV files:SNP dataset – a tabular file containing several thousand biallelic SNP loci with per-sample genotypes and marker quality metrics.Sample metadata – a tabular file containing specimen information (ID, population, site, coordinates, age class, tissue type, and collection details).Statement of Rights in DataThe dataset was generated by the authors and is made publicly available under the [Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0)] licence.
