Palythoa caribaeorum Raw sequence reads

We sequenced the transcriptome of one healthy sample and one bleached sample to identify the differential expressed genes between them. Through this study, we aimed to study the mechanism of bleaching. Also, some peptide toxins were predicted using these transcriptome data.
