Nuclear extracts from A549, HaCaT and HepG2/C3A cells were mixed with an N30 double-stranded DNA oligonucleotide library, followed by immunoprecipitation of Smad proteins using anti-Smad2/3 antibody. Co-precipitated oligonucleotides were PCR-amplified. After 4 cycles of selection, concentrated oligonucleotides were analyzed by NGS.
