Angular scattering of 1-50 keV H, He, C, N, Ne, and Ar ions passing through thin carbon foils

A comma-separated variables (.csv) file (“Scattering_data_Allegrini_et_al_2026.csv”) containing the relevant variables of the scattering measurements presented in the study "Angular scattering of 1-50 keV H, He, C, N, Ne, and Ar ions passing through thin carbon foils" The file contains the following variables: a foil identification (e.g., “B06a”), the projectile species (e.g., “H”), the projectile incident energy in [keV], the foil constant and its uncertainty in [keV∙°], the scattering half-width in [°], the parameter s and its uncertainty in [°], and the parameter k and its uncertainty.
