micro-CT scan data of single adult female wild-type Drosophila melanogaster

3D scan data of micro-CT scan of a female fruit fly, Drosophila melanogaster used for identification of joint condyles in the left legs. These data were used to create a kinematic leg model with rotational axes based on the joint condyles positions. 3D coordinates of intial model posture was additionally included.
