资源简介:

This release contains the summary statistics of the study "Cross-trait meta-analysis reveals a genetic link between inflammation and aging in giant cell arteritis" (DOI: 10.14336/AD.2025.0609), describing the results of the ASSET meta-analysis. Four summary statistics are included, comprising the cross-trait meta-analysis between giant cell arteritis (GCA), leukocyte telomere length (LTL) and each of the epigenetic clocks: Summary statistics of the meta-analysis between GCA, LTL and HannumAge acceleration: ASSET_RESULT_GCA-LTL-Han.txt Summary statistics of the meta-analysis between GCA, LTL and Intrinsic epigenetic age acceleration: ASSET_RESULT_GCA-LTL-IEA.txt Summary statistics of the meta-analysis between GCA, LTL and PhenoAge acceleration: ASSET_RESULT_GCA-LTL-Phe.txt Summary statistics of the meta-analysis between GCA LTL and GrimAge acceleration: ASSET_RESULT_GCA-LTL-Gri.txt Summary statistics contain the results for ASSET meta-analysis for best-subset association under a same-direction effect model (sided1) and for best-subset association under an opposite-direction effect model (sided2). All genomic positions are reported with reference to the GRCh38 genome build. Additionally, this release includes: Suppl_Tables_S5.xlsx : Supplementary Table S5 from the manuscript, listing the expression quantitative trait loci (eQTL) effects of lead polymorphisms and their proxies (r² ≥ 0.9) in tissues relevant to giant cell arteritis. Please refer to the original manuscript for more information about the original GWASs included, quality controls and filtering of the signals.
