Healthcare System Dataset — Complete Cases (n=190) — for fsQCA / NCA

The World Bank’s World Development Indicators supplied nursing and midwifery workforce density (SH.MED.NUMW.P3; sourced from WHO Global Health Workforce Statistics, OECD, and country data), internet penetration (IT.NET.USER.ZS; ITU), out-of-pocket health expenditure (SH.XPD.OOPC.CH.ZS; WHO Global Health Expenditure Database), and population aging (SP.POP.65UP.TO.ZS; UN World Population Prospects). The WHO Global Health Observatory supplied the UHC Service Coverage Index (UHC_INDEX_REPORTED; SDG indicator 3.8.1) and age-standardized adult obesity prevalence (NCD_BMI_30A; both sexes), the latter produced in collaboration with the NCD Risk Factor Collaboration.
