257 teachers during war time filled a questionnaire and answered 3 open questions that were coded into 8 themes each.
The data file includes demographic data with self explanatory variable names and scales and subscales averages of the questionnaire: MSPSS (Social support), Peer Support, PFQ (Psychological Flexibility), MAAS (mindfulness), LOT (optimism), MIL (Multidimensional Existential Meaning Scale), BRS (Brief Resilience Scale ) , PCASS (Perceived Choice and Awareness). In addition the file includes the answers to the open questions: question 1: “What are the main challenges you are currently experiencing – personally and professionally?”; question 2: “How do you cope with these challenges? What gives you strength?”; and question 3: “What do you think should be done to improve teachers' ability to cope with uncertainty and crisis?”, and the codings of the 3 questions into 8 themes each.
