257 teachers during war time filled a questionnaire and answered 3 open questions that were coded into 8 themes each. The data file includes demographic data with self explanatory variable names and scales and subscales averages of the questionnaire: MSPSS (Social support), Peer Support, PFQ (Psychological Flexibility), MAAS (mindfulness), LOT (optimism), MIL (Multidimensional Existential Meaning Scale), BRS (Brief Resilience Scale ) , PCASS (Perceived Choice and Awareness). In addition the file includes the answers to the open questions: question 1: “What are the main challenges you are currently experiencing – personally and professionally?”; question 2: “How do you cope with these challenges? What gives you strength?”; and question 3: “What do you think should be done to improve teachers' ability to cope with uncertainty and crisis?”, and the codings of the 3 questions into 8 themes each. The themes for question 1: 1.Emotional/Mental Health Challenges 2. Professional Burnout 3. War-Related Stress 4. Economic Pressures 5. Work-Life Balance 6. Educational System Challenges 7. Existential Uncertainty 8. Physical Health Struggles The themes for question 2: 1. Family Support 2. Faith and Spirituality 3. Professional Satisfaction 4. Social Support 5. Personal Resilience 6. Self-Care Activities 7. Professional Help 8. Routine and Structure The themes for question 3: 1. Emotional Support 2. Professional Development 3. Work Environment Improvement 4. Administrative Support 5. Mental Health Resources 6. Workload Reduction 7. Financial Incentives 8. Community Building
