In this study, we focused on the role of FLN-1 in tube morphogenesis in spermatheca development. ERM-1 marker, which was localized to the apical membrane of the lumen, was used to evaluate the morphological defects in spermatheca. The gene expression profiles were generated using RNA sequencing, metagenomic analysis were employed to find enriched pathways, PPI Networks of DEGs were applied to find out associated genes.The data generated in this study extend the collection of the data sources related to fln-1 depletion and defect in spermathecal tube morphogenesis, for which the aetiology is not yet well understood. Reusing of the raw data allows us to do further transcriptome analysis and molecular mechanism prediction.
