Dataset for Identification of colorectal malignancies enabled by phasor-based autofluorescence lifetime macroimaging and ensemble learning

This dataset contains the data underlying the work titled "Identification of colorectal malignancies enabled by phasor-based autofluorescence lifetime macroimaging and ensemble learning". Each folder in the dataset correspond to a single round of autofluorescence measurements. Each folder may contain one or more regions of Interest (ROI) that were selected following histopathological analysis of the samples. Each ROI is labelled according to the final histopathological diagnosis and contains spectroscopic data (following initial processing) for each pixel within the ROI.
