Hydrometeorological data on the conditions of the environment are held
by the Russian State Fund of data. This dataset was created by
RIHMI-WDC in 1982 and containes total of precipitation from the
stations in the USSR. The data is currently stored on magnetic tape
(800 bit/inch).
