Amibenpyridone is a novel pyrazole heterocyclic fungicide. It is mainly used to control gray mold, sclerotinia rot and *Monilinia* spp. in grapes, fruits and vegetable crops, and can rapidly penetrate into plant tissues to exert fast fungicidal efficacy against infected fungi. This dataset can be used to conduct safety assessment on the safety monitoring and analysis data of amibenpyridone residues in eggplant, providing reference and technical support for government supervision and consumer purchasing decisions. 1. The content of amibenpyridone is calculated via the following formula: X = c × V / m, where: X refers to the content of the analyte in the test sample, with the unit of milligrams per kilogram (mg/Kg); c refers to the mass concentration of the analyte in the sample solution derived from the standard curve, with the unit of micrograms per milliliter (μg/mL); V refers to the total volume, with the unit of milliliters (mL); m refers to the mass of the test sample represented by the sample solution, with the unit of grams (g). 2. Data analysis: In accordance with the requirements of GB 2763-2021 National Food Safety Standard for Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides in Foods, the maximum residue limit (MRL) is set as <3 mg/Kg. Samples with residue levels within the maximum allowable limit are deemed compliant, while those exceeding the limit are deemed non-compliant.
