CHARACTERISTICS OF PROFESSIONAL BURNOUT IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION EMPLOYEES

This article analyzes the formation of professional burnout in preschool educational organizations, its psychological and pedagogical factors, and its impact on the effectiveness of activities. The study highlights the main components of professional burnout, such as emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and a decrease in personal achievements, using the example of preschool educational workers. Also, organizational, social, and individual factors leading to professional burnout were identified and scientific and practical recommendations were developed to reduce them. The results of the study serve to form a healthy psychological environment in the preschool education system and ensure the professional stability of teachers.
