This dataset provides the complete implementation of a scientific prototype for hybrid quantum-classical encryption. The system integrates BB84 quantum key distribution with classical AES-256 encryption, HMAC integrity verification, and optional post-quantum digital signatures using Dilithium2. Developed in Python with Qiskit and Tkinter, the application includes a GUI for user interaction and a scientific metric logging module.The purpose of this prototype is to demonstrate the feasibility of secure file exchange systems based on quantum-enhanced cryptographic protocols. It is intended for educational, experimental, and research purposes within the post-quantum security domain.This submission includes:- Full source code with modular architecture- Sample output and secure `.bb84` packaging- Documentation and a scientific project overview
