This study investigates the transcriptional response of Lasiodiplodia theobromae, the causal agent of tea leaf spot, to biocontrol agents produced by Bacillus velezensis. The pathogen was treated with lipopeptide crude extract and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) derived from the strain Q1. Total RNA was extracted from treated and control mycelia and sequenced using the Illumina platform. The generated transcriptome data aim to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying the antifungal activity of Q1 and identify key genes and pathways involved in pathogen inhibition.
