Angle resolved photoluminescence measurements of MAPbI3 metasurface

Dataset contains photoluminescence spectra of the MAPbI3 metasurface measured at varying angle, as well as the SEM image of the fabricated metasurface and results of the conducted FDTD simulations.The goal of the project was to design, fabricate and characterize the perovskite metasurface in square 2D lattice arrangement, that can support photonic bound state in the continuum (BIC). The characteristics of the metasurface obtained through angle resolved photoluminescence measurement are in good agreement with theoretical predictions based on FDTD.
