Gene expression profiling in whole heart, left ventricle (LV) and right ventricle (RV) of WT and Prdm16 conditional knockout (Prdm16cKO) mouse (Prdm16flox/flox; Xmlc2-Cre) at embryonic day 13.5 (E13.5). Three pairs of whole hearts, four pairs of isolated LV and four pairs of isolated RV from Prdm16cKO and littermate control mice were subject to RNA-seq analysis to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in whole heart, LV and RV of Prdm16cKO mice.
本数据集包含胚胎第13.5天(E13.5)的野生型(Wild Type, WT)与Prdm16条件性敲除(Prdm16 conditional knockout, Prdm16cKO)小鼠(基因型为Prdm16flox/flox; Xmlc2-Cre)的全心脏、左心室(Left Ventricle, LV)及右心室(Right Ventricle, RV)的基因表达谱数据。研究人员从Prdm16cKO小鼠及其同窝对照小鼠中采集了3对全心脏样本、4对分离的左心室样本与4对分离的右心室样本,随后对上述样本开展RNA测序(RNA-seq)分析,以鉴定Prdm16cKO小鼠全心脏、左心室及右心室中的差异表达基因(Differentially Expressed Genes, DEGs)。
