PERAN SATGAS DALAM PENCEGAHAN DAN PENANGANAN KEKERASAN SEKSUAL DI LINGKUNGAN PERGURUAN TINGGI (Studi Kasus Universitas Sumatera Utara)

This article, entitled “The role of Satgas in the Prevention and Management of Sexual Violence in the College Environment” aims to explain how the regulation of the implementation of Permendikbud No. 30 of 2021 on the prevention and treatment of cases of sexual violence in the high-profile environment. The method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative by performing in-depth data collection techniques of interviews, as well as documentation aimed at obtaining appropriate results in the field regarding the role of satgas in preventing and dealing with sexual violence cases in the college. Data analysis based on the structural functional theory by Talcott Persons. The results show that Satgas has regulated its role in universities and received various responses from students. This research is expected to have advanced research that can give contributions to the respective colleges regarding the development of the PPKS Statute.
