Transposon mutant pools of Mycobacterium tuberculosis exposed to various antibiotics under nutrient starvation and rich medium

Our study intended to identify transposon mutants of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) which are hypersusceptible to antibiotics used to treat human Tuberculosis. We generated data in nutrient rich and nutrient starved conditions. Identification of these gene disruptions may be useful for designing new antibiotics against Mtb and in understanding the bacterial persistence phenomenon.
