Camellia drupifera Raw sequence reads

Callus Browning is a common phenomenon in tissue culture of Camellia drupifera. After a period of aseptic culture, callus Browning occurs everywhere before somatic embryo induction, leading to severe cell death. We used Rna-seq method to study the transcriptome changes of Browning callus, which provided the basis for revealing the molecular mechanism of Browning callus of Camellia drupifera.
