Retrieve monthly total water meter reading consumption data based on residential community unit names. Aggregate and compare data with sub-meter unit names that are similar to the corresponding residential community unit name, to identify water consumption data suspected to be associated with the household meters linked to this total water meter. Finally, compare the monthly water volume difference rates between the monthly aggregated water consumption data and the total water meter's water consumption data.
