First complete plastomes of the emblematic Andean tree genus Polylepis Ruiz & Pav. (Rosaceae)

This is an alignment file of Rosaceae plastomes. The main usage of this file is to generate a tree to test tribal relationships and to test the placement of newly generated complete Polylepis plastomes.
