In this project gut and sputum samples from severe-ill patients with confirmed COVID-19 infection diagnosis were used. These samples were WGS and Hi-C sequenced, microbiome and mycobiome were analyzed extensively.NOTE: samples SDD1,SDD2,SDD3,SDD4 and their respective files were renamed as COV8,COV9,COV10,COV11 to remove ambiguity in samples naming specification.
