This dataset is primarily intended for geometric calibration accuracy analysis of industrial machine vision systems. By utilizing the discrepancies between the "camera coordinates" and "theoretical positions" recorded by the system, combined with the displacement data of the XY stage and the calculated offset values, it can be employed to construct the mapping relationship between the image coordinate system and the physical coordinate system, enabling sub-pixel level visual accuracy calibration. This dataset is applicable to high-precision mounting, inspection, measurement and other industrial processes, and particularly provides traceability and correction basis for issues such as offset drift and recognition deviation arising in automated production lines, thereby significantly enhancing the recognition stability and production consistency of the system.
