Differential gene expression analysis reveals signaling pathways of proliferation, angiogenesis and metastasis is associated with interferon suppression in advanced hypopharyngeal cancer cells.

RNA was extracted from parental FaDu hypopharyngeal cancer (HPC) cells and from advanced FaDu cells (FaDuex) derived from late-stage xenograft tumors. Each condition included two biological replicates. This dataset was generated to study transcriptomic changes associated with hypopharyngeal cancer progression.
