Effect of STING inhibitor IFM-004490-7 (STINGX) on ethanol induced fibrogenic gene expression in LX2 cells

The LX2 cells were subjected to 50mM ethanol stimulus with or without STING inhibitor IFM-004490-7 10µM (STINGX) pretreatment. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 different groups (Control, ETOH, ETOH-STX, STX) Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for LX2 cells untreated or subjected to TGFß with or without STINGX pretreatment.
