RNA-seq of Drosophila melanogaster wing imaginal discs during L3 stage

During the last larval stage (L3) of Drosophila melanosgaster development, wing imaginal discs undergo tremendous growth and initiate differentiation programs. This transcriptomic time course aims at uncovering the the genes that are temporally regulated during the L3 in wing imaginal discs to regulate the dynamics of growth and differentiation.
