Red blood cell rheology during a complete blood count

Experimental acquisitions of the impedance pulses arising from a Coulter-based system are given here. This would allow readers, to process the experimental pulses and reproduce scattergrams, density plots and signals comparisons graphs, that are shown in the manuscript. Each csv file is associated to one acquisition. Each row of a csv file is a signal portion (viz. a time sequence), in which an impedance pulse has been detected. The time sequences are recorded with a time step of 0.5 micro-seconds. Files gluta-0d5%.csv and SB312-90mgperL.csv are the acquisitions obtained with 0.5 % glutaraldehyde and 90 mg/L SB3-12, respectivelly (see article). Files normal_samplesX.csv (with X going from 1 to 22) are acquisitions made in normal conditions. They are compared with acquisitions made with SB3-12 and glutaraldehyde in the article. File normal_sample_for_comparisons.csv is the acquisition which is compared with the numerical results in the article.
