The aim of this study was to evaluate testicular toxicity induced by oral administration of Ethylene Glycol Monomethyl Ether (80mg/kg/day of EGME for 43 days) in Wistar rats. Transcriptome analysis was performed for 1 sample from vehicle control (0.9% Normal Saline) and 3 samples (different animals of same group) from high dosed group (80 mg/kg/day).Transcriptome data generated will give an insight about the various genes present in testis. Also it will tell us, how genes and their end products are getting hampered when animals were subjected to EGME.
