To obtain insights into molecular or physiological processes disturbed in Arabidopsis arenosa plants with deleterious abnormal phenotypes, RNA-seq was performed for 5 normal and 5 abnormal pseudo-F2 individuals from 2 families: A279 from the Sauria population and B772 from the Strečno population.
