This deposit contains two datasets supporting the findings of the article "Sustainable Use of 2,4-DAPG-Producing Pseudomonas Strains: Evaluating Biocontrol Benefits Versus Soil Microbiome Risks". 1. COG_comprehensive_analysis.xlsx — Differential abundance analysis of Clusters of Orthologous Groups (COGs). For each comparison (Control vs D-1, Control vs D-10, D-1 vs D-10), the following metrics are provided: log2FC, mean relative abundances, percentage prevalence, raw and adjusted p-values, and significance flags at three confidence levels (liberal, moderate, strict). The moderate level (p < 0.05 and |log2FC| > 0.263) was used to identify differentially abundant genes. 2. lefse_genera_results.xlsx — LEfSe (Linear discriminant analysis Effect Size) analysis of taxonomic biomarkers at the genus level. For each taxon, the following metrics are provided: mean relative abundance (%), Kruskal-Wallis p-value, effect size, LDA score, enriched group, FDR-adjusted p-value, and a significance flag. Both datasets were generated from a shotgun metagenomic experiment assessing the dose-dependent effects of the antibiotic 2,4-diacetylphloroglucinol (2,4-DAPG) on the functional potential, resistome, and taxonomic composition of the soil microbiome.
