Accepted names of species listed alphabetically per clade. Names as from the online plant name databases Tropicos and IPNI (for details, see Material and Methods in Marazzi and Sanderson, Evolution, and also their Appendix S2). Numbered species names are followed by authority. The question mark after a name (6 in total) means that the placement of the species was slightly unsure: in clade I, uncertain species may eventually belong to clade II; in clade II uncertain species may belong to clade I; in clade IV, uncertain species may belong to either clade V+VI or VII (no uncertain species in III, V+VI, and VII).
