Over the period from January 2015 to October 2024 (a span of 118 months), the month with the highest price for konbu dashi in the nation was October 2024, at 2,762 yen, while the month with the lowest price was February 2017, at 2,112 yen. The price difference between the highest and lowest price periods for konbu dashi nationwide (October 2024 and February 2017) is 649.9753 yen.
