资源简介:
This paper investigates the complex relationships between different critical infrastructures (CI) in Canada, focusing on their interdependencies and the resulting risks. It uses statistical analysis to track changes in these relationships over 25 years, showing that interdependencies among CIs have significantly increased, thus raising the risks associated with them. The study emphasizes the importance of using quantitative measures to better understand these connections for strategic planning and risk management. It concludes by outlining practical applications of CI interdependency metrics, such as policy development, regulation, risk management, exercising and modeling.
