资源简介:
The common spadefoot toad (Pelobates fuscus) is a species of toad in the family Pelobatidae, native to an area extending from Central Europe to Western Asia (from Wikipedia entry). This sample was collected from an adult male in Kunpeszer, Hungary by Balint Halpern, and coordinated by Judit Voros of Hungarian Natural History Museum, Budapest (permit numbers: PE-KTF/736-6/2017 and PE-KTFO/1568-18/2020), Sylke Wrinkler and Gene Myers of the Dresden Genome Center, and Erich Jarvis of the Rockefeller Vertebrate Genome Lab, to generate a high-quality reference genome assembly for the Vertebrate Genomes Project (VGP). There are three assemblies with this submission: a merged primary haplotype; a phased haplotype 1; and a phased hyplotype 2.
