资源简介:

Data and code supporting “Pre-contraction fiscal conditions and preventive versus curative health spending in OECD countries”. The archive contains frozen OECD System of Health Accounts expenditure extracts, IMF fiscal extracts, World Bank macroeconomic snapshots, the analysis-ready country-year panel, executable Python estimation and validation scripts, exact model samples, numerical results, sensitivity analyses, publication figures and tables, and source documentation. The eligible cohort comprises 38 OECD members over 2000–2024; primary estimates use fully pre-pandemic windows, with direct preventive-minus-curative comparisons covering 30 countries at onset and 28 at horizon three. The study concerns observational associations. The longer-horizon fiscal-balance contrast is suggestive and inference-dependent; gross debt does not consistently establish selective preventive preservation. This deposit is a replication companion, not the manuscript preprint. Authored documentation and outputs are licensed under CC BY 4.0, original code under MIT; third-party source observations retain the conditions documented in SOURCE_TERMS.md.
